As a guy, getting on the dance floor scared me. I didn't want to look stupid in public. Friends told me how good this video was, and that it would be perfect for me.
I was amazed how the video unlocked the secrets of how to dance. Delivered in short to the point chapters, I was blown away with how much "real world" practical and useful information was giving without being boring or uncomfortable to pick up.
After watching the video, I have the knowledge and confidence to take my girlfriend dancing and we "BOTH" have a great time all night long. I only wish that I had known about this a long time ago.

Man oh man, discs one and two help boost my self-confidence, but when I get into the last 1/2 of the 3rd disc, you just make all those other rhythms look too doggone easy. I will keep at it though. So, bottom line....thanks from a happy customer.
